Founded in 2023 by company director Nic O'Leary - a sports journalism graduate with a wealth of experience and large book of contacts within the sports media industry, combined with a passion for sport and a creative mind - AllSports Media Specialists Limited was formed to allow O'Leary to combine knowledge and passion to provide an extremely high standard of written and creative solutions to the wider sports industry.
At 10, O’Leary won a national poetry competition with 'Harvest From An Asian Point-Of-View,' exploring the contrast between western prosperity and monsoon-stricken poverty. He discovered journalism in school, winning a newswriting contest and contributing reports to local news outlets. Excelling in sports, particularly rugby, he won county cups and reached national finals. An injury ended his rugby career, leading him to focus on writing. He reignited his passion for horse racing in university, contributing to Sussex newspapers and collaborating with leading sports brands.
